Located on the edge of Lepp Farms on the corner of Highway 11 & Clayburn Rd, our family-run farm market is open year-round. In the winter youโll find our own farmed meats, holiday turkeys, and plenty of locally sourced & gourmet pantry items. During the summer months our produce department more than doubles as we source from farms all over the Fraser Valley & Okanagan Valley, including our own farms & orchards.

Lepp's Christmas Tree Land
Get a fresh Christmas tree from the market this year!
We’ve retired our ice cream shack for the season and turned it into something much more festive.ย We’re now selling live Christmas trees at the market, as well as some holiday treats!
Live Christmas Trees
All of our Christmas trees are Noble Fir and between 7ft and 8ft tall. They’re also Grade A Premium! What does that mean? These trees are extremely high quality and have little to no imperfections. Theyย are clean, healthy, high-density, fresh, and well-shaped. Our trees were grown in Oregon since there aren’t enough trees grown locally to sustain the demand.
Treats in the Shack
Get a snack while yourย tree shopping! We’ll have hot chocolate (with various toppings), Lepp’s hot apple cider, and Lepp’s Bakehouse seasonal cookies available for purchase.
As well, we’ll be serving up our classic hot apple fritters on Friday from 3pm – 6pm and Saturday/Sunday from 11am – 6pm.

Our market is equipped with ample space for parking, and is popular for RVs & Trailers to stop by to stock up on market goods as they head through town.
Our parking lot is for customers only. Please be aware that we are located on private property and lock our gate when the market is closed.
