Squash is a delicious local vegetable we bring into the market over fall and winter. There are so many delicious ways to enjoy this fibrous veggie, and many different varieties to choose from. With just a bit of prep and easy roasting, you can have a side dish or a main meal ready in no time! Here are our favorite ways to use squash.
