Located on the edge of Lepp Farms on the corner of Highway 11 & Clayburn Rd, our family-run farm market is open year-round. In the winter you’ll find our own farmed meats, holiday turkeys, and plenty of locally sourced & gourmet pantry items. During the summer months our produce department more than doubles as we source from farms all over the Fraser Valley & Okanagan Valley, including our own farms & orchards.

Butcher Shop
Our market offers a full-service butcher shop and elaborate meat case stocked with pork, chicken and dry-aged beef from our farms. Racks of ribs, dry-aged steaks, thick cut pork chops, marinated chicken and more. Looking for a cut of meat that isn’t in our case? Our team of in-house butchers can cut it for you.
Deli Meats
Stocked with an assortment of deli meats from our smokehouse. Thick cut double smoked bacon, Farmer Sausage, pepperoni sticks, beef jerky, fresh sausages and more. Deli meats for your sandwiches and charcuterie boards alike. All made with meat from our farm and prepared right here at the market!
Butcher Boxes
Our butcher box options include several different cuts of meat, including chicken, beef, pork, or a mix of all three Perfect to fill your freezer with.
Orders for butcher boxes can be made through our meat department our online shop.
Local Produce
Alongside our Abbotsford and Okanagan grown produce, we also source from farmers in the Fraser Valley, Okanagan and within BC. Other cooking staples are sourced elsewhere to fill in our selection.
In the Winter season you’ll find our Abbotsford Greenhouse greens and BC grown fruits and veggies that store well (re: apples and potatoes) and supplement with imported produce.
Real Fruit Ice Cream
Made in house at the market. We’ve taken locally made Birchwood Dairy ice cream, added in Fraser Valley berries (including our own strawberries!) and blended it together into a delicious, creamy soft serve-like treat. Choose from strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry or our seasonal feature.
From March – October we serve up our real fruit ice cream in waffle cones in our Ice Cream Shack. Gluten or dairy-free? We got you! We can make your ice cream using Nora’s Coconut Milk Ice Cream and also have gluten-free waffle cones.
Fresh-Pressed Juice
Our fresh pressed-juice is made in-house using local and high quality ingredients. We have orange, lemonade, limeade, strawberry lemonade (made with our strawberries) and raspberry lemonade (made with Fraser Valley raspberries).
From January – April we presh orange juice using the coveted Sky Valley Heirloom Navel Oranges.
Aisle One
In our grocery aisle, we source local products whenever possible or bring in the highest quality that we can find. We carry a wide range of products in our tiny little “Aisle One,” and since we have limited space, you can be sure that if it is on our shelves its the best of its kind!

Our sourdough, bread and buns are delivered fresh from each morning from our Downtown Abbotsford location, Lepp’s Bakehouse (2518 W Railway Street).
Our bread is made by hand by our talented team of bakers, using Canadian organic flour.

Each year, our markets hosts 4 different events to celebrate each season and connect with you, our community. Our events are a chance for us to fire up our BBQ and Ice Cream Shack, provide free fun for the family and teach you all about our favourite local vendors and farmers.

Coming from Highway 1, take Exit 9 toward Mission/USA border.
Continue on Highway 11 (Sumas Way).
Turn right to stay on Highway 11.
Turn right onto Clayburn Rd, then left into our parking lot.
Parking
Our market is equipped with ample space for parking, and is popular for RVs & Trailers to stop by to stock up on market goods as they head through town.
Our parking lot is for customers only. Please be aware that we are located on private property and lock our gate when the market is closed.
